SEWA-AIFW's Economic Empowerment program provides comprehensive support to the South Asian community in Minnesota, focusing on workforce and career development, small business growth, and broader economic opportunities.
The program offers tailored career support services including trainings and supports to enhance employability, including job placement supports and career training. For aspiring entrepreneurs, SEWA-AIFW facilitates small business development through workshops, mentorship, and access to resources, fostering business acumen and financial stability. Additionally, the program connects individuals with economic development opportunities, helping to bridge gaps and promote sustainable economic growth within the community. Through these initiatives, SEWA-AIFW empowers individuals to achieve economic independence and contribute to the broader economy.
