Mental Health Awareness

The South Asian community is surrounded by a stigma regarding our mental health, and regardless of our backgrounds/successes/education, can suffer from depression and other issues. Learn about common mental health concerns. Don’t suffer in silence – reach out for help and get a referral to one of our culturally sensitive counselors. There are so many myths surrounding immunizations! The fact remains that immunizations are important, life-saving, & necessary.  As August was National Immunization Month – we posted some resources here.

Free Monthly Clinics

Serve and promote Total Family Wellness for Asian-Indians in Minnesota

OUR COMMUNITY HEALTH CLINICS have been organizing screenings, consultations, and referrals. We are also organizing vaccination and booster clinics. We have free clinics every second Sunday at Gurudhawra Sikh Temple in Bloomington and every fourth Sunday at the Hindu Temple of Minnesota in Maple Grove.
